Path & Post is a remote team with staff based in our Woodstock headquarters. Team members enjoy 24/7 access to our Woodstock base camp, plus the use of Thrive Coworking locations across North Atlanta.

Path & Post is built for active agents. While we are flexible about sales volume, we do expect agents to contribute toward the team’s overall growth through sales and referrals.
Provided you have submitted all transaction documents, you will be paid immediately when we receive and process the commission check – typically within 12 hours of receipt. You will be paid via direct deposit as an independent contractor, and will be issued a form 1099 at the end of the year.

There is no startup fee to join Path & Post, and you pay no monthly fees as an agent on our team. You are responsible for joining and paying for your membership to a local board of Realtors and lockbox key subscription.
Path & Post provides all tech tools and marketing, including your personal website, business cards, signs, lockboxes and more.
Our training program is customized for local success. We provide a blend of self-paced online training, videos, weekly mastermind sessions, and one-on-one coaching to ensure you are prepared to win in today’s market! Our monthly team gatherings are fun & offer collaborative sharing & learning.
Path & Post covers the cost of E&O insurance, which covers every transaction you do with a coverage amount of no less than $1M per occurrence. This is at no cost to you.
A valid Georgia real estate salesperson (agent) or broker license is required. Your license has to be in good standing, and you should have no claims filed against you.
